For over 20 years, I built my career behind the chair, mastering custom color, extensions, and the art of client experience. But as I grew, so did my vision. I knew I wasn't just meant to create beautiful hair—I was meant to help hairstylist build businesses that give them freedom, sustainability, and success.

My journey has taken me from serving clients in the salon to being a brand expert and educator for a global color company to mentoring stylists on how to attract high-end clients, increase their income, and create a business they love. I understand the challenges of this industry firsthand, and my mission is to provide real, actionable strategies that help hairstylist thrive—both financially and creatively.
